Hello - not sure where I am supposed to post now I am in week four so i'll plonk it in here as i am still in month 1.
I am actually on day 22 so at the beginning of week 4 - yippideedoodah!
As you may have read, I had an "out of the blue" weird day on Saturday where I felt a little low but not once did i "crave" a cig, I just felt lost really, its hard to explain. Never mind, lets put it down to a one off event and move along...
Since then however i have been feeling great and am still thoroughly proud of myself. I dont have any symptoms to speak of, i reckon i now feel normal (whatever that means) and how my body is supposed to feel. cool.

PS - I am knackered today after watching the best sporting spectacle i have ever seen last night on TV and subsequently not being able to sleep- Go Europe!!!!!!!!!
