I'm not having cravings as often now but I feel just awful! I'm so tired and I have a headache that will not go away but I get them a lot which is one of the reasons I'm quitting so hopefully they'll ease up soon! I look forward to when the smell of smoke is bad, not good. I just about go into a frenzy inside everytime my husband comes inside after smoking and walks by me. He's doing his best to help me by washing up and brushing his teeth after he smokes to keep me from smelling it. I need this first week to distance myself from the smell while the nicotine is leaving my system. Next week, I'll come out of hiding and learn to deal with real life as a non smoker.. ahh I look forward to it!
