Well i have got to day 5 and have a feeling today is going to be a bad day.
Had a funeral to go to yesterday and got roped in to help with the refreshments for the wake.
All went fine untill i was offered a cig. Declined it but ever since then they have really been playing on my mind. I have this little voice in my ear saying well she has already had cancer and she is still smoking why shouldn't I have one as well.
I really want this quit but the urge is so strong just to go and get 10.
Really going to have to fight it. Patch on, inhaluater (not sure how spelt) in pocket and boiled sweets on my desk at work.
Will be back later to report.

I spent a lot of time on here in the beginning too. I found it kept my mind focused. I think everyone is making the most of the sunshine while it lasts.
pleased to announce I made it to end of day 5. Not as bad as i thought it was going to be.
Went shopping and had to go to kiosk for my lottery. Didin't even think of buying cigs.
Now all i need is something to stop me eating as i seem to want to eat all the fattening stuff help, supposed to be losing weight for my holiday next month or my shorts wont fit
