Hey guys, officially in the one month group as of today.
What a journey it has been, I cant believe that me who couldnt leave the house in the morning without having at least four cigarettes, has gone a full month without them.
Well done to all of us!!
I have one concern is that Im going on hols on the 19th July with my sisters who smoke like chimneys, and Im just hoping that I will not fall off the bandwagon!! I think I will be ok because I can be around people who smoke without pulling it out of there hands so fingers crossed!!

Yep - that was me too. Getting up early, just to have 'my' time. The 3Cs - coffee, crossword and cigarettes. 4 if you iinclude the cough! I now get a lie in instead... and it's oh so much much better. Congratulations on a month - you won't want to go back now. x
