Ohmigosh i was stressing so bad today and look to this website an.. it wouldn't load!
Was quite sad about this but never mind!
The quit smoking blues have hit already - and when i say blues i mean every negative thing that i can think of seems 1000 times worse!
I was in a mood all day despite going out for a nice walk in the woods..
It's weird.. i have NO problem with craving at all (sorry to the people who do i'm not boasting.. its just how i am) but the second that i start feeling sad i just want to smoke and make it go away!
HOWEVER its the end of day 4 and i am going to keep at it it's going a lot better than last time so hopefully the blues won't last forever!

Well done Strawbs. Hope the sadness goes away. ....... and that in the meantime you keep on coping with it. ....... even if that means climbing into a cupboard and crying for a bit
Anyway....well done. Four marvellous days......and one of them without the help of this forum. Massive congrats. Keep at it.

Awwh thank you :D!!
Well done to you, one month today right? ^_^ thats amazing!! xx
Lol! I tried numerous times yesterday and it wouldn't load for me either! Glad you made it though things will get easier, i think most of us smoked to control (or think we were) our emotions so dealing with that side of things is going to take a wee while. Remember the huge changes your body is going through on a cellular level and it will be throwing your hormones all over the place but it will settle, day 5 for you today! Think positive your doing fab
This time i'm busy with work (whereas last time i quit it was half term so nothing going on) so its going much smoother! Gotta focus on these positives xx
