Day 4-5 - iPhone app!

For people that have an iPhone. This app gives you real encouragement.

You can slowly see things being put right, makes you want to get through the next few hours to see the bars come down and you become healthier :D

The cravings bar is good. Although I'll still be getting cravings, it's coming down each day, and the lower it gets, the better I feel.

I presume a lot of you know about it, if not, it's called 'My Last Cigarette'.

i did have one similar myself when i first quit

it did help to keep me motivated along with this site and this app seems to be helping you

which if it helps you then thats a big bonus :)

As for the app - it really is quite good - downloaded it this morning*.

* in the interest of editorial bias I also have QuitKeeper for PC running and Smoquit for Iphone...... ;)

How did you transfer that from your I-phone to here?

You press the home key and power button at the same time, that takes a screenshot. Then I uploaded the picture to an image hosting site and posted online.

Well, almost done day 5 and into day 6!!

Not been too bad at all today. Maybe one or two really big crave moments today, sit them out, forget about it and feel better.

Still, one day at a time, not getting ahead of myself, just plodding on!
