Cant quite believe it, made it to day 5 and all my friends and family are still alive & well....almost.
All the side effects I had last week with the Champix are now gone, and to anyone else who is thinking about giving up on them, have a good read through some of the posts here about dealing with the side effects because it is so well worth it.
Had a really cr4p day at work today, was mad when I left the office but I still did not even want a fag.
Flipper41...hope your day 5 is going well too..

Luckiliy "the hubby " went out to play football last nite so i managed to chill and watch tv(with full control of the remote) I even got an apology when he came in. I thought i would save the kick in the nuts for another day, i am sure i will have many more opportunities where i will like nothing better.lol
Can you believe its DAY 6.
I am sure i wouldnt be this possitive if i didnt come on here, so again thank you all so much for the support and inspiration i get on here. I feel like i have got more than just myself that i would let down if i fail ............ i really feel like i wont this time.
Glad your still with me Flipper, I can't post during the day at work I am reading.
Still feeling surprisingly positive. Get the odd craving but only habit triggers. Still trying not to get ahead of myself and take one day at a time.
Tomorrow I am in London all day so 8 hours of tomrorow will be spent on the train. I am so looking forward to not standing around outside Kings Cross with a cig in my hand and hiding around the corner from our client's offices to ahve one before I go in and then another when I come out. No do I run for this train or have a cig and get home an hour later. that is really bad.
