Oh, that's such a shame - six weeks doesn't seem very long!

Do go and speak at the new group meeting. It would be a great way reinforcing your quit in your mind by talking about what you are doing and why.

I agree the smoking cessation classes are not long enough, I was supposed to have 6 but 2 were cancelled so only had 4:confused:

Una maybe you can bring this up to the organisers in your talk as I think everyone who used them found them really useful.
