well folks itll be one week in three hours, and I didnt crash and burn as I thought I would! lol

A drop in the ocean in the grand scheme of things but also a big achievement I think!

Hello Trying! ... hope you leep the knot tied.... I know how it feels to feel like you are going to DIE if you dont have a cig but ist not true.... Cold Turkey is tough... i am doing it that way too (with the assistance of wine). I think it is the only way for me though.

Well done, am on day 4 now, and the thread spans the next few days till the end of the week!! I am sure that if someone discovered tobacco today it would be an illegal substance! Look how many of us are trying to quit

I have to say I would really struggle cold turkey!
