day 5 over yheee

i am sooooo happy day 5 nearly over doing cold turkey but so happy, i never told any one untill after day one i have smoked since i was 15 and this lady is now in her 40s and this is the first time i have realy tried apart from gum for plane travel

only started looking for side affects in day 2 night time not sleeping

caffine lol

also food taste salty and my tounge is sore but getting better,

had the odd dizzy spell yesterday nothing bad
