Well today was much better, no slip up like yesterday. In fact I feel pretty good all in all. Other than a strange kind of sensation in my head which I feel is from nicotine withdrawal I actually feel relaxed and happy.

With any luck this is a sign of things to come.

Well done! I'm into the evening of day 2. Feeling ok but using patches so no niccotine withdrawal. Getting lots of moral support for friends and family which really helps. Can't wait to be completely free.
