Hi ya to everyone day 2 again for me , thanks for all support yesterday had quite an easy day, so hoping to get past today too.

The sun is out and its a heavenly day so going to make the most of the fresh air will log back on later.

hi everyone thanks for all your replies,only just logged on been busy busy busy.

I ve had a fantastic day and funny enough no really bad craves just feel really positive and like sal said just something i know i need to do.i am so determined this time and feel ready to take any craves or thoughts on. see you all in day 3 tomorr yipee!!!!.

Day three has me painting my son`s bedroom so lots to do to get me past tomorrow.feeling really good tonight. dont think i could do it without this forum it has been a god send. (fate)

Will do just felt so nice today feeling in control. also been with family that smoked around me today and it didnt bother me one bit (which was odd).
