Good Luck Zoe. Not been on here since I 'blipped' so didn't know what you'd been going through.

The difference for me this time I think, is that I did my longest stint ever last time (a day away from 3 months) and I was REALLY enjoying the benefits, rather than suffering deprivation.

Feeling pretty positive

And if the smell of my colleagues returning from their lunch time smoke won't inspire me, nothing will!!

everytime i see your title in forum it reminds me of a certain song lol, changed a little to............. here we go again so not alone, going down the only road we've never known, like a smoker i was born be forlorn, so we made up our minds, we aint wasting no more time, so no smoking again.
