Well I have got through it - day 1. This is my quit for keeps, no more am I saying to myself I can try again as I have done that too many times, lost my quit and then it has taken me ages to get back on the quit wagon. For me it has to be Not One Puff Ever - simple right?
Early bed for me I can feel myself getting really tetchy and angry at everything, I'm feeling quite panicky really and a bit frightened - daft I know.
Anyhow here is to day 2
Good luck to you all, take care of yourselves at your quits

Completely agree with you there Joanie. As I'm a day in front you can give me a kick up the bum when I need it and I'll drag you along when you need it month 3 is when I'll need the biggest and hardest kick as this is when I usually seem to fail... so when I get this far please make sure you give me a good boot into month 4.
