I really cant just move up to the next month on 7th January. Ive smoked, it may only have been one but Ive still smoked.

Im going back to my original plan.

I will sit in here until 12th March and then move up. I wouldnt feel as though I had really achieved my full 3 months if I did anything else.

Thank you everyone, I just wouldnt feel honest if I moved up and hadnt been completely smoke free for the full 3 months, I would feel like a cheat even though I thought at first I wouldnt.

Yep this weekend I move in, thought it would be today but couldnt manage it.

One good thing the money I saved from not smoking has paid for a fridge freezer and a washing machine, well almost paid for it I had to add a little but its better than spending the money on the death sticks.

How you class this has to be your decision because this is your quit, and no-one else's. The important thing is that the single ciggie remains just that. Besides anything else, while you are on your white goods spending spree, you may decide that you need to save for a dishwasher next!

Sometimes I think we get a bit bogged down on this issue. Above all else, remember that you have loads of people here who are on your side, who really care how things are going for you, and who are cheering you on regardless of what "room" you choose to sit in.
