Hey Gary 
Just hit the library a few minutes ago. Am still in the game (just) but having a terrible day :mad: I am soaking wet, and have all the HALT things 
just generally blah.
Feel better for finding your thread though. Thanks for thinking of me

Woo well done guys! am I correct in thinking you guys both quit on the 4th too? I'm still pinching myself to check I've actually really made it 4 days (and now onto day 5!) with minimal pain compared to my many previous quits with substitutes and medications etc
