Hey you guys,

Ive only popped on to say thank you for your concern, I'm still around but Ive alot going on right now, feels like a week has happened in whats not even 3 days,

Ill be back once I know which way is up, Sorry if people thought that my other post was meant to inflame or cause an argument, it wasnt, the flippant you decide comment was silly but you cant take back whats been said (thats just ONE issue im dealing with).

Just as a by and by before I pop off I think some the reason I was so "pity me" was i was so unprepared for being caught off guard, and the shame of it (good old catholic shame eh ingrained form birth) I felt that I'd let not just me and mine, but you guys down too, Ive not really shared my quit with people in my "real" life, here is where I can be honest and vent and get through the cr@p and for that I truly thank you all (even those who say belt up when needed, probably especially them :o)

Despite the world deciding Im a stain on the knickers of life this week and treating me accordingly and apart from that unguarded moment Im otherwise off the fags still. I will take time to read all your updates I promise, just not right now.
