Day 3 ...... 2 PM.... woke up late and had breakfast and I can really taste the difference. My mouth feels so much better, my gums don't feel sore and I see a slight difference in my teeth as well. It felt good waking up and not feeling like I was gasping for air.
I'm a little congested, and last night at work I found my ability to concentrate off. I wait tables and ended up giving up a few tables to "gather myself". Had a few urges after work to smoke.... I always smoked 5 + ciggs on the walk home.
I keep reminding myself how long 3 days really is. I remember I felt like all I was doing was inhaling toxins and nothing good, constantly having smoke after smoke whenever I could. 1 day, 3 days, 360 days, its awesome that we are doing something positive and taking care of ourselves.
Any advice for the concentration @ work today? 4:30- 12 PM? ugh..
and What other benefits have people seen in the first week of non-smoking?
Anybody go to the gym? How's that feel, my motivation for it has been zero but I know thats a huge part to success!
Hope everyone enjoys Saturday night smoke-free!!!!!! Best
