Made it Through Day 3

Today I managed to get through day 3 without a single cigarette. At work, I got high fived by someone when I told them I had given up and everyone seems to be really happy for me. I am also really happy with myself. I think my snese of smell is improving and my tongue is looking less white/yellow

Yes Tom 6 months on Monday, still can't believe it! Just took one day at a time and was so determined this time and thought others can do it so can I, even after 35 years:eek: and so can you.

I didn't give up anything, as Allen Carr says I got my life back!

You're doing so well!! I know I've only been non-smoking fir a few days but I agree that taking it one day at a time is definitely the best way to mentally deal with it.

From me to you a high 5 is definately well deserved. As others have said take it one day infact one minute one hour then one day at a time. It can be done.

Make sure you read, read and read somemore and get as much info and knowledge to arm yourself as you can and most of all keep us posted so we can post back and be your support in good and bad times.

Nice one buddy, you can do this! Remember to just take it one day at a time, that way you will make real progress fast!!!
