Firstly I like to thank you all for making me feel so welcome on this forum.
OK now onto day three. I done as a lot of you said yesterday regarding loads of reading up on what to expect. Going to bed last night I had all sorts of thoughts about how this day would be.
When I awoke this morning I felt excited (wired I know) I had done some recapping of the easy way (thank you AC) last night and it put me in the right frame of mind for today (I think). I'm up for the fight and looking forward to testing my willpower today. This is nics last day in my body so he had better enjoy it because there is no way he is ever getting back in.
Thanks again for all you support and words of wisdom, long my it continue.

Sounds to me like you are well prepared for "The Dreaded Day 3" lol - Don't be too disappointed if it's an anti-climax - not everyone even notices its passing.

Hang on in there day 3 can be a real sod for some or a doddle and then day 4 is your day 3 and boy were you not expecting that one! Some things that helped me:
a) this website (obvious)!
b) fresh orange juice, somehow that took the craving away - others use cranberry juice
c) think of a quit song and everytime you think of a fag sing it to yourself - you cant sing and think at the same time
