Dream Smoking / Cheating

Twice in the last week i have dream smoked lol. Anybody else having things like that? Woke up feeling so guilty and really had to think, "did i actually smoke?" lol:confused:

Im only on day 1 of this quit but Yes in my previous quits i dreamed i was smoking. Really seems real too doesn't it !!

Yes and its sooo bad lol. feel really guilty about it and even im my sleep i know cause ive had one im starting again

Wow Una, didnt think after all this time you'd still get those dreams, weird as i didnt get them first 2 weeks just this week.

Good to know its kinda normal but i almost think its funny once i realise it was just a dream

Ps had my first alcohol at weekend and strangely smoking didnt even enter my mind. Although was at home with hubby and he's stopped too so might be harder in pub but it was great for me

yay! Hope i feel like that when i go to pub. Am dying to go out but am putting it off for a few weeks yet, have another few drinks at home and go out before xmas....sit inside in the heat and laugh at all the smelly smokers in the cold outside Smoking area is soooo much crack though...will just have to make some fun inside now xx

My alarm went off this moring just as I was about to light a cigarette - the aeroplane I was on had just landed in the middle of a road and the pilot was being a complete idiot (loving these Champix dreams:D) - and I was annoyed at waking up then because I don't mind smoking in my sleep...guilt free cigarettes!

Saying that however - I am always grateful and very relieved to wake up and find that it was just a dream and not reality.

I thought I would miss going outside for smokes when going to pubs as well - I think I spent more time outside than inside - but I find I don't really think about it and when I smell the people who have just come in from smoke - poofy! Just think - you used to smell like that...:eek:

Please don't feel guilty about smoking dreams, they are not your fault!! Be proud of your quit cos you are doing it
