Finally reached 10 weeks

I am still happy and determind . I have nothing really clever to say at the moment just want to get to month 4 :cool:

Hey Dorset, it's strange, but everytime I reach a landmark I start feeling deflated too, any ideas why cos I don't know:confused:

Keep going Dorset, you've done amazing so far. Life in general has it's ups and downs but smoking a cigarette won't help (in fact it'll do the opposite after so much effort). Anyway put your party hat on in anticipation for chrimbo...this time you can celebrate Xmas smok-free.
