10 weeks

10 weeks done and dusted today.

Cant believe it, doing ok some crappy days, but definitely on it at the moment. Still nervous about letting my guard down, but give it another few weeks or so and I will start to really believe.

Be it the more I believe, the more I cant believe I have smoked for 25 years, one hell of a crazy addiction

Ha a little green Tea, Picture from Haven Show Bar, Sunday night drinkathon, happy days and even more green in the morning.

Cheers for your comments, I more browse on here than post but for me the forum is a marvelous thing to help with the quit. If you could bottle it and put on a shelf in Tesco you'd make a fortune😃
