I have been quit for 10 Months, 2 hours, 42 minutes and 49 seconds (304 days). I have saved £1,466.99 by not smoking 5,169 cigarettes. I have saved 4 Weeks, 17 hours and 12 minutes of my life.
As my stat's say today is my 10th month, i have 2 to go and then i will be sipping booze in the Penthouse.
I have bought a treadmill and a 2nd hand elliptical trainer, converted my old office into a mini gym and started to really watch what i eat. Since 1st August i have lost 7lbs so im not doing too badly, i still have about 43lbs to go to get to my ideal weight but im happy im losing it nicely.
Anyhow everyone, here's to my next milestone and newbies it does get easier, i now dont think about my old habit at all have not done so for a while, all my associations have been conquered and now i feel im def on the way to Complete Freedom.
Good luck everyone

I dont come on here much now but i do pop my head round the door every so often to see what's going on. I must admit if it was not for this place i dont think i would have got through the start let alone the last 10 months so to everyone who was there for me "Thank You".
I like being free from that stuff, i smell so much nicer, i can walk without getting outta breath, i can kiss my OH & my kids and know i dont smell like a used ashtray, my fingers are no longer yellow where i used to hold my cig, my teeth are clean and bright, my skin all fresh looking and less wrinkles, my weight has stabilized and now im trying to shift that by taking control and saying no more flab.
Overall it has been a rollercoaster of a ride but one i am so glad that i took. It may not seem that easy in the beginning but it is possible and if you want it badly enough you can do it!
