Wasn't too bad, in fact it was better than I expected. Didn't sleep too well last night though, not sure if it's a side effect of the patch, had to get up 3 times to the loo

Same here, my OH had a ciggie first thing this morning and it really didn't make me want one so that was good. Anyway good luck for today and enjoy your meal tonight :)

You two are doing really well. Good luck for the rest of the day.

I went back to bed this morning and kind of dozed for about 3 hours! Is that normal? (I slept really well last night)

Today feels worse than yesterday for me.

Suppose I'd better go to work now, though don't feel like doing anything.

Hi Elizabeth

I feel a bit like that too. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. I had to get my brain in gear to make sure I put my patch on rather than reach for a ciggie. So far I haven't done anything apart from have a coffee and cereal (not even dressed yet!!) Still I am staying positive and I have already saved over £7. It'll soon add up. :)

relax

Let me know 1 thing from all...whats your dream day..?

Dream day...would be when the fear goes away. The fear that I will give into my need/desire for a cigarette.

When I don't think about it anymore...just like a non-smoker!

yeah would agree there, that will be the best although concerns me that there is 1 year forums. Just shows the urge will always be there which is a concern.

seems correct like i it is for me i have left it for now 3 months and i do not have any desire to smoke like the non snooker so i think every day for me is like a dream day as i never taught i would be ever free from this bad habit.
