Hope you have a good night just to get you through tomorrow without a smoke. This could be the last time you ever have to go through it as long as you keep struggling on. It will get better and it WILL be worth all the eebie jeebies you may go through, we've all been there and can understand where you are. Hi Natasha,

I am on Champix too and feel like its working for me. It is hard but I am now over 81 hours into my quit, can't believe it cos not long ago I couldn't even go an hour without a cig :eek: So stick with it and you will find it does get better.

Well done Natasha,

I am on Champix but quite a bit ahead. Believe me it really helps. I had one really bad day and the rest have been manageable.

Well done Natasha. And hope that you got on ok with the nurse today. I stopped using Champix over two months ago now, and it really does help. Just hang on in there for the next couple of days, and it should get easier.
