Last night was first visit to pub since I quit. Sat outside with a dear friend who smokes Rothmans (or Rotlungs as he calls them).
Armed myself with an inhalator and a ChupaChups to keep me occupied but I was absolutely fine!!! Was quite happy and didn't feel jealous of other smokers around me. Really thought it would be a tense and difficult evening and so happy to discover that I can go out and have fun and nothing has changed (except I don't have a sore throat and feel guilty and crap every morning).
Looking forward to week 3!!!

Yeah, I've done just voer 3 weeks It feels good when you think of the progress you have made sicne the first day. Other people I've spoken to that have given up say it has been the best decision they have ever made.
