Hi all, back again.
I first joined over 2 years ago, and since then I have stopped probably 4 or 5 times, the longest being for 3 months.
I smoke when I drink, which fortunately isn't very often, or when I am stressed, although that feels a bit like cutting my nose off to spite my face, so I'm getting better with that.
After a while of stopping I guess I just forget why I stopped and end up having one in moments of weakness.
Anyway, day 5 CT and going really well.
