Hi All :)

Day 66 .. WHOO HOO

I haven't posted much ..

but i lurk and read

I've had a tough couple of days ..

Really wished that i hadn't stopped smoking

REALLY Wished that i hadn't ...

so that i could have a cigarette

very strong emotions

very strong craves

i thought if i posted , it would help me through

i hope it does

strange that it should happen now .. 2 months in

i resorted to cutting a nico patch in half

and sticking it on with a whole patch ... and sucking on my inhalator continuously .. it worked to a degree

i've been on 14mg patch's for 10 days

down from 21 mg

today has been better .. thank god !

vie been watching gruesome youtube videos

of mouth cancer and smokers lungs

keeping myself focused

vie been following your quits

Good Luck and Regards to you all .. we still need it !

crisis successfully navigated :)

Well done you! There are a few more moments you may have to successfully navigate but they will become less and less frequent and in no time at all - amazingly - you'll forget about smoking completely! That may just now not seem possible but just give it a bit longer and you'll see! Keep up the good fight :)

just battle on and break those triggers once they are broke it all gets easier and easier you get stronger and stronger and before u know it u will be looking back on these early days with a smile on your face and u will be realise u can be happy and 'normal' [whatever normal is] and not smoke then u realise this wonderfull freedom has been unleashed grab it with both hands and go with it

Hello All :)

i had a brief blip ... and smoked a bit of dope and tobacco

i waited a while .. to see if it would kill my quit

and really i wanted to go back to smoking ...

BUT NO !!!

havent wanted or craved a cig

since then ...

ive just carried on with my quit :)

Its someone else's rules that you have to be completely

nicotene free ...

To celebrate your quit ..

ive read whyquit

and never take another puff etc

i think i almost had to break that rule

and experience things for myself

this is the first time ive ever tried to give up smoking

And maybe i need to explore ..

I cant learn everything from other peoples experience's

All in All

Quitting smokeing has been easyier than i thought it would be

I was scared ..

I thought i would be climbing the walls

and frothing at the mouth

without my 'fags'

I found out it was more to do with boredom

Smoking IS nothing

It is dirty

And it is Smelly

and i enjoy the extra cash

Best Wish's to you all on your Quits :)
