There are a few more moments you may have to successfully navigate but they will become less and less frequent and in no time at all - amazingly - you'll forget about smoking completely! just battle on and break those triggers once they are broke it all gets easier and easier you get stronger and stronger and before u know it u will be looking back on these early days with a smile on your face and u will be realise u can be happy and 'normal' [whatever normal is] and not smoke then u realise this wonderfull freedom has been unleashed grab it with both hands and go with it
