a much better day today, lovely sunshine and a day's retail therapy, with the boost of managing to resist th eevil weed one more day, still with just 2 mini-lozenges.

well done you. it was my 4th day today and felt like a cigarette today and when was offered one said no although was tempted, but glad i did.
