Sooo happy and grateful to have got here. Was tested by a close (smoking) friend this week. She wanted to leave her cigarettes at mine. Incase I wanted one. I could always leave them if I didnt want them. A gift.
NO THANKS I said. I actually felt rude saying it!!! As if I was refusing good hospitality. I didnt look her in the eye when I said it. But she got the message. And we are still friends.
Whats with that?????
Till the next time..
Love, light and peace. ( no I havent starting smoking anything else!!, Just happy )

good for you!! that shows how much you really want to be done with this horrible addiction...you made the right choice...enjoy your happiness and success and congrats on your 42 days luv!! well done
'Friends' like that are a delight aren't they just?
I had the same problem (sort of) but my 'friends' were trying to get me to smoke with them saying things like 'you'll never do it', 'don't be boring, come out for a ciggie'.
It only helped to boost my willpower much to their annoyance.
It's when i started to comment on the changes i was feeling that i noticed the faraway look in their eyes. Turns out they were jealous that i had managed to beat my demons and they were still slaves to the evil weed. Strangly enough i don't see or hear from these 'friends' anymore.
Guess i am either really boring or smell and look way better than them now
Congratulations Rishika... and I'm sorry to say it but your friend ought to be ashamed of herself. I can only think she was trying to make herself feel better about her addiction by knocking you off your quit. I'm so glad you didn't cave.
