Rather than face prison or a very poorly cat I guess I will have to wait till next month before I can treat myself..... then it will be my boys birthdays so I will wait till the next month. I can see a pattern emerging here lol :eek:

I know it's hard and you are obviously someone who likes giving (instead of taking - and we all know people like this !), but even if it's a small treat I think you should make time and money for rewarding yourself.

My wife gave up before she has surgery almost 3 years ago and after treating herself to things she/we really couldn't afford (don't go there !), she got herself into a routine of treating herself to a 30 min chill out in costa's for a latte and a read of her book, doesn't sound much and at £2 a go it was inexpensive, but it was something she looked forward to every day and enjoyed it.
