Now a week into my 4th month of non smoking and now doing it with no patches, sprays or tabs.... and for the last week ive seriously noticed theres something missing!
I just cant seem to wake up, its like i need that fix, no matter how small it is, just that little boost that puts people into human mode, and not zombie mode! Even the keyboard feels alien whilst im typing this! And the cravings im having now are horrible, i suppose the Nicodemon is pushing me to 'just smoke' rather than be half asleep and constantly craving, but i really dont want to go through this again.... this quit has been the worst, and has dragged out for an AGE!
Anyways, i aint gonna smoke.... if i did, it would be a waste of over 3 months were i could have been smoking!!!!

Me and you both Toto!!!!
Seriously though, it has been a rough ride BUT we're now at that stage where we can see and feel the benefits, yes there's still some things the body needs to iron out (no not the wrinkles ;)) but we're way, way down the road from purgatory and nearly a 3rd of the way to the Penthouse!!!!
I heavily used the nasal spray during the first four weeks of my quit and felt fine the whole time I used it. Coming of it though was very hard, cravings were very strong at first and once all the nicotine had cleared out I didnt feel quite myself. But your brain does get back into gear after awhile, its a matter of training yourself to live without the feeling that nicotine gives you, at first it felt like my brian was naked (odd I know) but I got used to it and now 2 months cold turkey Im happy I no longer need nicotine and feel a lot better for it.
toto i understand how you are feeling but you have come so far and like camper said we are a team and we can do this!! we know this is not easy but it does continue to get easier..think of how hard it was in the beginning:eek: we are getting more free from this everyday we go without smoking!! dont give up it not worth it!!
