Firstly, I would like to thank the folks who helped me start this thread. For the life of me I couldnt figure it out....spent half the morning, boss would not have been happy
On a more serious note, I'm not really feeling any healthier. Does anybody still have wheezing problems? The problem I have isnt ongoing but it is annoying. Last night I cleaned my bedroom (badly needed) and hoovered and polished and I started wheezing. I have a pain in my lungs and its really worrying me. I'm afraid to get it xrayed as I dont want to see the damage I've done.......I wish it would go away. I went to the doctor and she gave me antibiotics and told me to get an xray so I dont want to go back to her.....wht should I do?????

Hi Sinead
You probably don't want to hear this right now, but the only responsible advice I can give you is to get down to the doctors and get an x-ray done.....it is rarely as bad as we imagine it to be.
Also if it is something minor they will be able to deal with it in a jiffy!!!
So get yourself down the doctors quick smart before I have to nip round and drag you down there kicking and screaming!!!! :D:eek:
i sometimes get wheezy as well especially with the dust but I think a lot of mine is due to the weather and hay fever may be starting sooner than usual but as John said get it checked out. take care
I had really bad problems with my lungs. I felt like some one had kicked me in the back and my breathing was really weird like I couldn't catch my breath. I didn't go to the doctor because I thought he was going to give me bad news. In the end I went to the doctor he put me on anti biotics and sent me for an xray. The xray came back clear and the pain has gone. But it didn't go until week 10 of giving up. The doctor said the pain was my lungs repairing themself. I felt so bad at the damage that I had done to myself by years of smoking!!!
