I'm on day 6 and struggling, so was looking for help and support - just found this forum.

There are some real inspirational posts on here.

I'm going to be a regular visitor - and no doubt I might have the occasional rant!!

welcome steve this is a great place to be for support. we all go through this together. congrats on your 6 days!! it can be very difficult at times so if you need to rant do so!! whatever it takes...good luck in your quit and log on as often as needed. we are all here for you

This place is great to rant, moan, look for advice, post your progress etc

Well done for getting to day 6. There's a lot of people using champix, nrt and going cold turkey. So whatever your thoughts, put up a post and wait to be flooded with plenty of encouragement and advice. It's worked for me.

Keep strong you can and will do it x

Welcome Steve...Well done..Day 6!! You have come to the right place. Im on day 19 and when I have found it hard going Ive come on here to read other peoples posts or to post myself. Sometimes when the going gets tough its good to read that you're not alone in what you are feeling.

Rant away or post on your good days, or just read all the info you can on here.

Chin up..tomorrow is day 7 for you and most likely will be a better day.
