4 years today!! I'm no fool!

Yes, that's right.... 4 years ago today I puffed my last "best friend". 5 years ago I would never have thought I could do it, especially as I was smoking somewhere around 40 a day! I will be totally honest and admit to having had a couple of puffs from a friend's fag maybe 3 times in the past 4 years - just to make sure I still don't like it! My chest seems to clench shut each time, so my body really doesn't want me to smoke eh? I won't bother trying it again.
