Moving on up

First weekend had a few tough moments. Saturday morning as it was the first morning where I had a bit of time to myself to think about smoking. Saturday night, went out for a few drinks with a mate. I was fine the whole time until I got home.

Managed the whole weekend without one and now it's been over 1 week since my last smoke

Yeah. I think it's just that you have so much more time to think about it.

I agree, I seem to sit around all weekend lately but this Saturday I even survived a shopping trip for clothes with the kids!

Also the alcohol tends to appear more at weekends. I don't drink very much but when I do I think I will struggle without smoking.
