It's been a real struggle at times, and I lost a few good men and women along the way. But, tonight at 23.45 it will exactly one calendar month since I stopped smoking.

As for the olives, I was addicted before I gave up smoking, they are actually a very healthy option in comparison to what we could be eating so keep on :cool:

Hey Thanks all - this was an old post.

It's now day 46 in the noooer smoooerking house. - I cannie belieeeve it man!

Oh and I actually look like an olive:eek: at least in shape.

I am trying strategies to become less olive like and more akin to something sleek and sophisticated a banana perhaps:cool:

With the money I have saved by not smoking I have purchased one of these new fangled velocopede thingies - cycled 10 miles on Sat and another 10 on Sunday. I have a very sore bifkin:eek:
