One year ago today, I stopped smoking and could only dream and imagine what it would be like to stay quit for more than 3 months because that was all I had been able to manage on previous attempts. How do I feel? Absolutely brilliant. Stopping smoking has been one of the most difficult things I have voluntarily chosen to do, but it has also been one of the most rewarding in respect of my self confidence. Yes, i'm nearly a stone heavier, but it's a price well worth paying.

One stone is a small price to pay for knowing that you will hopefully not die of some smoking related disease.
