finding it difficult

Evening all,

I'm finding it really difficult this evening!! I have wanted a fag since bout 6pm, I have NRT and have used that, but nothing is working!!!

I'm not gonna cave it, its not worth it, but ARGHHH, I'm struggling.

Anyone got any adivce? Please

I know, it is hard and frustrating as they can come from nowhere!!

Keep going, all I can honestly say is that it absolutely, definitely will pass at some point.

got a games console?? I found playing beat em ups great in the first couple of weeks. I completed arkham asylum on hard in the first week and then went onto the challenges. Kept my hads busy and was a great way to take out my frustrations.

Failing that, go to bed, hide under thed covers and repeat ' I am not going to smoke ' over and over again until you pass out.

I know its hard but it gets easier. Stay strong

I always feel like a smoke when there is just me in the house, like last night the hubby went out and I wanted to smoke. The really bad thing about this is that I am now eating when I get a crave and my size 8 is rappidly gonig up to a 10 and I have only been quit 10 days lol
