Well only been up for couple of hours, nothing has changed from yesterday, but am feeling rather anxious, and light headed, my ever loving patch put on at the same time, soooooo I just know today is going to be a strange emotional one.
Is any one else feeling this way, very odd, is this normal ?

Did you know it takes 4 to 5 hrs for your patch to reach maximum strength. I put mine on at 4 in the morning as I really struggle first thing in the morning.
Keep strong Tracey xxx
Blimey! I never knew that either! Could explain a lot! Xxx
Those wierdy, twitchy days get increasingly few and far between from now onwards. Honestly, I hardly ever have days like that now and when I do the feelings pass within hours rather than lurking around all day.
Just hold on in there, put one foot in front of the other, and let it pass over you. You're doing wonderfully well.
Thanks all , just as I thought here we go into the afternoon, came back from post office , got 50 quid fine, I have parked there for years:(:(:(. Aaaaah will get there stay calm tracey, just havng a word with my self.
Bl..dy no signs, loads and loads of us park there, it is a parkng at back of supermarket, but there is a little bit made of pebbles, and if you can't find a space we all park there, bit miffed.
Am feeling slightly better than this morning, and after learning that the patch does not really peak for a few hours later, have decided to put patch on earlier, great advice, am sure this is going to be a turning point for me,
