since I quit. I'm probably going to get very drunk.
Any tips on how to prevent myself from giving in?
If I get past this I know I will never smoke ever again!

Personally i found being drunk took the 'edge' off any cravings but the odd occasion they got bad i went outside to the smoking area to remind myself of how they stink and whilst stood there to remind myself "I'm stronger than this" and went back inside and drank some more
I also found just babbling onto someone how i feel when the craving comes seemed to supress it too.
I drank through my cravings :D. But seriously, make sure you have a get out plan, if you think you're going to cave in. It's so cold at the moment, I wouldn't want to be outside with the smokers.
Well done on getting to day 4
Thanks!
That helps a lot!
I definitely plan to go out there (smoking area) at some point.
It's going to be very interesting...
