Quick note to celebrate another wee milestone. I have not had a craving to speak of today (could do with many more days like that). hope everyone in the j12011 camp is doing ok!

Yay!

I had my first day without a crave the day before yesterday and it was wicked, I was so pleased! They were back yesterday, mind you, but I look forward to more and more days like that from now on. Touch wood... it finally seems to be getting easier.

We're getting there. Oh yes, we are.

Just think, as day by day it gets a little easier to manage, you will soon be craving free as well as nicotine free
