And I don't think I would have got here without the brilliant help on here.

So I would like to wish all - the long term supporters and non smokers to those who may be struggling - a very Merry Smoke Free Christmas.

I made it - four months without smoking!!

This also will be my first Christmas without sneaking out for a smoke!! It has been hard and I still think about smoking but not as much. I'm going to enjoy the season and work on the weight gain after the holidays. Merry Christmas to everyone from snow covered Ontario, Canada
