just remember to take each craving as it comes along and keep your mind and hands busy i found playing games or reading especially the threads on here and the links on peoples profiles and just remember there is someone here or on the phone for when your at your lowest to give you moral support so dont be afriad to use one or both
That one wee thought is what ALL of us have. You have to recognise it, remember that just one leads to the slippery road of back to full-time smoking, and then go past it. You can do this...because you want to for all the right reasons :cool:
We are all ere for you....it is hard but just remember everytime u think about cigs everyone on this forum are going through exactly the same thing so you are never alone...just get that first week done with-stay strong YOU CAN DO IT THIS TIME
You can do it Emma. Most of us have tried and failed a few times. At least now you know what to expect, and you can push through the crave knowing there is no such thing as just one. Just one is too many, and a thousand never enough!

Never tried the forum thing before but hoping it will help.
Last week only smoked in the evenings, which was at least a start i guess, but now looking back think it was just an excuse not to actually quit. So with a positive mental attitude i will see you here posting again tomorrow on day one emma5396! Good luck
You know now what casued you to start again and don't be dissapointred in yourself, learn from that, realise that not very many people who have been addicted can have just one and feel satisfied, the same way an alcoholic cannot have one drink.
