Day 4 already

Morning All,

Can't believe this will be day 4 already. After day 1 seemed to last for 48 hours the next couple of days have in hindsight flown by.

Did manage to get a bit of sleep last night (but not nearly enough) and felt a little less restless thank goodness.

Should be back at work today :mad: but waiting for repair man to come. In someways hoping it will be later in the day then I won't have to go in

I guess the real test will be when I am back at work (should be there now :eek but having lost a couple of quits because of it I also know I can't let it get to me. It stinks wether I smoke or not LOL.

Where I work, we get locked in for 10 hours a night ... with no access to the outside world unless there's a fire lol

So I'll be fine when I get there! But Well done to you it's hard, but together, we can ALL do it lol

Well, have just had a nice bath & slathered myself in xmas goodies (creams I mean, not chocolate)

So what you may say. Well get this, I still smell of those goodies as I haven't done my usual & gone straight outside for a ciggie. Boy, do I smell NICE :p

Right stop messing around cos you are joining this bloody Penthouse in 11 months , so this is the big quit this time and there are that many people on this site who know you and are going to support you. I have a lovely bottle of Scotlands finest 15 year old malt for you and it is yours when you reach the one year quit. But there are so many of us who are through the year marker who are watching your progress, so the best of luck .

Well done everyone for getting through day 4 everyone. I really struggled yesterday and part of the morning today. After I seen my quit nurse today I've felt much better and even been really positive

A first today - I recieved a bag of clothes today of a friend. Opened the bag and it stunk! I know people have always said that it smells on clothes and even though I didn't smoke in the house I could never smell it on others!

The clothes are great lol but went straight in the wash - stale smoke smells so bad!
