wahoooo, day 8 already

Have made it through my first week relatively easily... with the exception of my mother being an absolute idiot anyway.

still having the occasional strong craving and crazy dreams, but they seem worth it for the free feeling I have not smoking. :D

Fantastic, well done!

We can do this, and cheerfully stick two fingers up to anyone who doubts us, even if they ARE a relative :D

Have a great day,

Hey congratulations..... day 8 here too. That should be the worst bit over and done with... so, things should start getting easier, untill that greedy hold deminishes!I am so glad you are still at it too, because of your big wobble at the start I worried for you... I am now onto weight watchers and excercise.... its all part of a healthy living plan for the new year... the food part is harder to deal with because there isn't so much at stake if I have a Greggs for lunch, I just don't lose the weight. I AM going to lose 2 stone for the summer, that's the plan. I wanted to get the smoking thing out of the way first so that I could have a week compensating by eating a bit more... The walk I had in the park at lunchtime was lovely, and I have discovered that there is a fitness trail to follow as you go round, handy!

stay strong toto.

Oh you young uns

Blimey stopped on 1st Jan and weight watchers in the 2nd week. I was thinking that I would do something diet like in the spring. But I had a bath this am and found it hard to soap myself all the way round, so perhapsd the time has come.:D
