Had a nightmare yesterday - I got drunk, caved in and smoked a pack of 10.
So I'm back on Day 1. Somehow it feels a bit easier this week than last week. I guess I know I can get over those first three days now. Fingers crossed this time it will take!

Good on you for getting straight back on a quit Munter :).
there used to be groups for everyone who quit in a particular month - maybe we need a new one for the November quitters?
Can any of the "old timers" tell us how we do this stuff? I'm not volunteering to run it, I'm just about the most disorganised peerson in the world and - guess what? - I'm a bit tetchy and struggling to concentrate right now.
Maybe someone else could start a new group though? Maybe a "mentor" from the last lot of November quitters?
