A scare has sent me back to Day 1

Back to day 1 for me (same as last Monday) but I had a scare last week with my son going into hospital with a temperature and a all over body rash. They started treating him as if it was meningitis....and I started killing myself again with fags.......finally got the all clear yesterday so my life can hopefully get back to normal where i can control my cravings......

I really hope I do not find myself back here in 7 days time starting on Day 1 again.....I reckon I would get lynched.....so it is time to be calm and strong.

Glad your son is ok.....I would've found it hard to not light up if I am being totally honest. But, you've done it, no point in beating yourself up over it.....Glad your back on Day one...means you really want the quit...so you will succeed. All the best. xx
