cant believe its day 4 already....doesnt time fly...actually feels like a very very long week, but i'm here on day 4 without even the remotest longing for a nasty cancer stick. went to the doctors this morning for something else, but mentioned I had given up and the nurse almost cartwheeled across the room....she was so pleased!! Had no craves so far today and only had two cups of coffee, when I would have usually had four by now....am also craving sweet things, which is freaking me out slightly as havent got a sweet tooth at all.
Hows everyone else doing.? I am so looking forward to getting to the week 2 section...4 days an counting....xx
